INDUSTRA
Above the audience.
For INDUSTRA, Emanation is proposed as a site-responsive overhead installation within the main industrial volume.
A lightweight projection membrane is suspended below the existing ceiling structure, creating a temporary luminous field above the audience. A high-output projector, dedicated computer, sound system and microphone allow the work to run continuously while live cosmic conditions and local sound influence the system in real time.
Outward / inward.
Main hall = outward / cosmic / reactive.
Upper deck = inward / meditation / introspection.
The upper section becomes a distinct Meditation Mode: slower, quieter and more contemplative. The same system changes behaviour rather than becoming a separate artwork.
A temporary instrument for the building.
The approach concentrates technical resources into one strong spatial gesture rather than attempting to fill the entire gallery with hardware. Final membrane size, projector position and rigging would be developed with INDUSTRA's production team following a technical survey.
Preferred conditions include light atmospheric haze to enhance volumetric light and spatial depth, subject to venue approval and technical compatibility.
